Return and exchange of goods

1. The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 29 June 2001 No. 217 "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods" and the Law No. XII-700 of 19 December 2013 on Amendments and Additions to the Civil Code.
2. The customer must send the returned goods by registered mail of the Lithuanian Post or Omniva post offices. The postage costs of quality returned or exchanged goods shall be paid by the customer.
3. In order to return the quality product(s), the Customer may do so within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Customer by informing the Seller by e-mail to info@beaver-shop.com
4. The returned quality product must be in its original packaging, in good condition, with labels, undamaged, unused, in the same condition as when the Buyer received it, and must be in good condition.
5. The Seller has the right not to accept the Buyer's returns if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure set out in Clause 4.
6. The money will be refunded to the Customer within 15 working days, to the account specified in the written request, upon receipt of the shipment from the Buyer,
7. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Items purchased with a gift voucher are not exchangeable or refundable.
